ASB Executive Board Meeting 9-24-08

Andrew Jennings, ASB President, calls the meeting to order

Attendance:
Andrew Jennings, Nathan Hillier, Ken Ochi, Rachael Reisdorf, Rob Chaitin, Will Natarajan, Shane Finley, Rebecca Fortelka, Phillip Jenne, Rachel Staley, Josh Cogswell, Steve Young

Rebecca spoke to a company willing to sell machines which can prepare nachos / hotdogs for $250 - $500; machine would be purchased as an investment for clubs to use for their respective fundraising events

Vending machine issues; solutions? [TABLED]
-We can sell candy out of the ASB office
-We can find a new vendor

Console Game Night update
-Prizes (including Rockband 2) are purchased and ready
-Event is this Sat. the 27th

IGDA Demo Night
-Expecting lots of industry professionals to come and show-off demos of their games
-Event is tonight, Wed. the 24th

Clubs will be required to create 11x17 posters to advertise their respective clubs along with their club renewals, which are both due on Oct. 2nd

The Book Exchange project is now delegated to Will Natarajan and Shane Finley

The Training Video project is now delegated to Rebecca Fortelka and Rachel Staley
